PURPOSE:To invariably secure a product having a constant cushioning level and completely prevent the drift between a cushion member and a cover member by overlapping the cover member, the cushion member, and a substrate in alignment on a mold base, and pressurizing and integrating them from above with an upper rotary shaft and a pressing plate. CONSTITUTION:A lower rotary shaft 3 is fixed to the upper end section of a box body 1 at the center section of the gate type main body of a work hold/guide section, a mold base 4 carved with a recess section of the same type as the outer periphery of a work is fixed to the upper end section of the rotary shaft 3, a guide plate 17 of the same type as the work is fixed to the lower face of the mold base 4, a cover member 5, a cushion member 6, and a substrate 7 are overlapped in alignment on the mold base 4, a pneumatic cylinder 18 is driven and dropped from above, and they are machined and integrated by an upper rotary shaft 21 and a pressing plate 23.
