PURPOSE:To achieve measurement following a sharp change in the physical quantity by varying the measuring cycle following the change in the physical quantity. CONSTITUTION:A measuring circuit section 2 converts an output corresponding to physical information from a detector section 1 into a data signal to actuate a processing circuit section 3. A control circuit section 5 outputs a clock signal 25 of a short cycle and a clock signal 22 of a long cycle. The circuit section 2 fetches an electric output 21 corresponding to information from the detector section 1 and outputs a data signal 24 to determine whether the circuit section 3 starts or not and to start it, a start signal 23 of the processing circuit section is outputted. After the inputting of the signal 23, the circuit section 3 start to work according to the signal 25 from the circuit section 5. |
