PURPOSE:To fix the supply rate of flux and eliminate the dispersion of grain size by supplying compressed air into a flux storage tank and compressing the flux. CONSTITUTION:Air compressed by a compressed air supply device 40 is transferred by pressure through a pipe 43, supplied into a surge tank 13 through a check valve 42 but the pressure of the air by the compressed air supply device 40 is compressed intermittently by a compressor and pulsated. However, the compressed air sent into the surge tank 13 can not flow back by the action of the check valve 42 and since it is stored in the large volume of surge tank 33 to absorb and smooth the pulsation, the compressed air is transferred by fixed pressure to a regulator 46 through a pipe 45. Consequently, a stable, specified amount of flux 26 supplied to a spray nozzle 12 is always obtained, therefore, the grain size of misty flux 49 is small in dispersion and a printed board 15 can be coated with uniform, misty flux 49. |
