PURPOSE:To accomplish high-speed processing in a device using a beam by radiating plural beams. CONSTITUTION:A bar body 2 for integrally fixing plural light emitting means in a specified arrangement is provided. The light emitting means is constituted of a laser diode 1 having a laser diode chip which emits one beam and an optical system 8 for making the laser beam emitted from the laser diode 1 the parallel rays of light. The position of the light emitting means is adjusted and fixed on the bar body 2 so that plural emitted laser beams B may be in parallel with each other at specified intervals. |
