PURPOSE:To attain practically sufficient function by allowing a digital recording means to respond to an incoming call from other line during the automatic response to the incoming call is operated. CONSTITUTION:The digital recording means 34 codes digitally a response message transmitted at the incoming state and stores it in a memory. When an incoming call to other line is detected while any of communication lines 13, 14 and 24, 25 is in incoming state, a digital reproducing means decodes a response message stored in the memory and transmits to the other line. A signal switching means leads a message from the other line to the means 34 when the transmission of the response message is finished to record it in the memory. Further, another digital reproducing means decodes the message stored in the memory and records it on a recording medium 52. |
