<p>PURPOSE:To attain the reduction of NOx from a gas burner, by a method wherein secondary air passing through a secondary air flow-way for combustion is allowed to advance in a beeline, a flame-holding plate is provided in the vicinity of the top end of a burner cone, and a gas port part is provided in the vicinity of the flame-holding plate. CONSTITUTION:An interval between the top end of a burner cone 5 and a flame-holding plate-A 6 is made about 40 to 80mm, secondary air is allowed to advance in a beeline along the burner cone 5, and a flame-holding plate-B 7 is provided in the vicinity of the top end of the burner cone 5. A gas port part 8 is allowed to approach the flame-holding plate-B 7, and is made so that a fuel gas 3 ejected from the gas port part 8 may be apart from the flame- holding plate-A 6. At this point, the amount of primary air is made about 20 to 50% of the whole of air. Small holes 14 are formed on the flame-holding plate-A 6 and tertiary air is supplied. In this way, the generation of NOx is reduced and mixing of the fuel gas and the air can be promoted.</p> |
