DELAY TIME SELECTING CIRCUIT FOR LSI INTERNAL SIGNAL

PURPOSE:To facilitate the insertion of delay into the internal signal by an LSI. CONSTITUTION:A delay time setting part 10 gives a necessary delay time to the internal signal. A delay time detection part 11 detects the delay time given to the internal signal. A delay time decision part 12 detects the difference between the delay time given to the internal signal and a set delay time and sends a decision signal back to the delay time setting part 10 if there is a difference between the both so that the delay time is equalized to the set delay time.
