<p>PURPOSE:To enable water development and fine patterning and to form a hardened film which is hardly colored even after allowed to rest at a high temp. and has enhanced adhesion by using epoxy (meth)acrylate obtd. by allowing specified epoxy resin to react with (meth)acrylic acid. CONSTITUTION:This material for a color filter contains epoxy (meth)acrylate obtd. by allowing epoxy resin represented by the formula to react with (meth) acrylic acid, a reactive monomer contg. a ter- or higher functional ethylenic unsatd. group, a photopolymn. initiator and a diluent. In the formula, each of R1 and R2, is H or 1-4C alkyl, (n) is an integer of >=1, M is H or glycidyl, in the case of (n)=1, M is glycidyl, and in the case of (n)>=2, at least one of plural M's is glycidyl. Various additives such as a colorant (dye or pigment), a polymn. inhibitor, an antioxidant, a light stabilizer and a defoaming agent may further be used.</p> |
