PURPOSE:To improve the workability of copying work by reading out and storing the required number of copying sheets to be distributed to each address entered in original paper, copying total required sheets of paper continuously then sorting the copied paper in each distribution addresses by a sorter. CONSTITUTION:When a start switch 18 is depressed, light emitting elements L1-L9 corresponding to 9 document distributing addresses e.g. are emitted by a command from a CPU17 and photodetecting elements S1-S9 read out the legality/illegality of distribution printed in an original and input the read-out results to a CPU17. The CPU17 totalizes the required number of sheets previously fixed on respective distribution addresses at necessary parts and displays 20 the totalized result then the copying machine continuously copies the required number of sheets. A sorter part 21 in the CPU17 stores the required number of sheets of each distribution address in each distribution address in a tray while controlling a pin control circuit 22 and a pin driving circuit 23. Thus, the copying work is rationalized. |
