CONCEALED NECKTIE HOLDER It is known that devices used to secure a four-in-hand necktie to a shirt, while being out of view, already exist. In this invention the concealed necktie holder is made of two pieces of soft textile material. The first piece, of rectangular shape, is attached to the back of the wide portion of the necktie, approximately 20 centimeters from the end. A small portion on each vertical side of the first piece is folded back and has heat sensitive adhesive on the folded back portion, the piece is attached to the back of the necktie by pressing it against the necktie with a hot iron. The first piece is attached to the necktie in the above mentioned fashion to allow the second piece to slip between it and the necktie. The second piece is also rectangular but it is longer and thinner with a button hole at both ends. The four-in-hand necktie is secured by slipping the second piece between the first piece and the necktie and then buttoning it to two adjacent shirt buttons located each side of the first piece. To guard against the possibility that the first piece will fall directly in front of a shirt button, a rectangle has been cut out from its middle portion transforming the first piece into two horizontal bands. The purpose of the two bands is to ensure that one of the bands of the first piece is always located between two adjacent shirt buttons thus enabling the second piece of the concealed necktie holder to be slipped behind at least one band of the first piece and attached to two adjacent shirt buttons regardless of the vertical position of the first piece.
