PURPOSE:To reduce the frequency of generation of high pressure in a brake device by quickly increasing the pedal stamping force at the stage the normal braking zone is exceeded, and giving the operator a sense of stroke end. CONSTITUTION:In the condition an initial shrinkage is given previously, a compression coil spring 8 is mounted through a stationary spring receptacle 9 and movable spring receptacle 10 on the periphery of a push rod 3 tying a brake pedal 1 to a master cylinder or booster device 4. A stationary stopper 14 is furnished which comes in contact with the movable spring receptacle 10 in approx. the middle position of the pedal stroke when the brake pedal is going to be stamped, and with this contacting, the initial shrinkage force of the compression coil spring R is added to the pedal stamping force to cause it to increase rapidly, and the operator is given a sense of stroke end. |
