PURPOSE:To obtain a panel reinforcing sheet material excellent in oil surface stickiness and heat resistance by laminating a first layer composed of a specific composition, a second layer composed of a specific foamable composition containing a foaming agent and a third layer composed of fiber cloth in this order and further laminating a fourth layer composed of a metal membrane with specific thickness if desired. CONSTITUTION:A panel rein forcing sheet material is constituted by laminating a first layer containing an epoxy resin (A), a rubber elastoer and/or a powdery thermoplastic resin (e.g. polyamide) containing no halogen atom in its molecule (B), a heat activating type curing agent (C) for an epoxy resin, a neutral or alkaline inorg. filler (D) and, if desired, a plasticizer (e.g. tricresyl phosphate) (E) whose water solubility at 25 deg.C is 25ppm or less, a second layer composed of a foamable composition containing the components (A)-(E) as essential components and further containing a high temp. decomposition type foaming agent, a third layer composed of fiber cloth and a fourth layer composed of a metal membrane with a thickness of 50mum or less if desired. |
