PURPOSE:To prevent formation of a void in a molded body sealed with resin by constituting the space part for interrupting the outside air between both top and bottom forces and forcedly discharging the air and moisture remaining in the inside of this space part and the air and moisture of the insides of resin tables supplied into pots to the outside. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of pots 9 are provided in a bottom force 2 in a resin molding mechanism. Tablets R of resin are supplied into the pots, heated, pressurized and molten. Thereby the tablets R of resin are thermally expanded to the upper part from the upper face part side thereof. The air and moisture confined in the insides of the tablets of resin are made to such a state that the same easily flow out to the inside of the space for interrupting the outside air. Furthermore the air and moisture remaining in the inside of the space for interrupting the outside air and the air and moisture of the insides of the tablets of resin are forcedly sucked by exhausting action of a vacuum source 40 and discharged to the outside. |
