<p>PURPOSE: To make a light entering through a lens converge to a photodiode converged in a photodiode without being reflected from the surface of a dyeing layer, to minimize the interference phenomenon of the light and to improve the spectroscopic characteristics and sensitivity characteristics by simultaneously forming convex lenses and concave lenses at the upper part of a protective film layer. CONSTITUTION: A color filter to be formed at the upper part of a semiconductor substrate 31 in which plural picture elements are arranged in matrix shape is constituted of a flattened layer 39 formed at the upper part of the semiconductor substrate 31, at least three intermediate layers 43, 47, 51 laminated at the upper part of the flattened layer 39, at least three dyeing layers 41, 45, 49 corresponding to the picture element and each part having the same thickness at the lower part of the intermediate layers 43, 47, 51, a protective film layer 53 formed on the uppermost intermediate layer 51, the plural convex lenses 55, 56, 57 corresponding to the picture elements and formed with a prescribed radius of curvature at the upper part of the protective film layer 53 and the plural concave lenses formed with a prescribed radius of curvature among the convex lenses 55, 56, 57.</p> |
