PURPOSE:To obviate the generation of a current in the fixing frame itself at the time of photographing the head so that image distortions are decreased. CONSTITUTION:A part in the circumferential direction of a frame body 12 is constituted of an insulator 16 (an electrical insulating material) and a bushing 19 made of an electrical insulating material is interposed between a pin 17 and the frame body 12.
