PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food such as bean curd and wheat vermicelli containing a hot-water extract of rose hip, mallow, etc., and pullulan and having excellent palatability, taste and preservability. CONSTITUTION:Hot water is poured on a raw material for a fruit/herb tea composed of a mixture of dried ripe fruit of wild rose, mallow, apple chip and orange peel and left standing to obtain the objective food containing pullulan and a hot-water extract of rose hip, mallow, apple and orange. |
