摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce residual voltage and improve detection sensitivity, by winding a plurality of compensation coils around an iron core or a magnetic shielding member, and connecting said compensation coils with each other. CONSTITUTION:Bend part compensation coils 22 and 23 are wound around semicircular bend parts 32 and 33 on both sides of a track type magnetic shielding member 15, respectively. A first intermediate part compensation coil 21a and a second intermediate part compensation coil 21b are wound around intermediate parts 31a and 31b, respectively. The compensation coils 21a and 21b are connected in series, and practically constitute an intermediate compensation coil. The compensation coils 21, 22, 23 are wound outside the magnetic shielding member 15. Owing to a leakage magnetic flux, a current flows through the compensation coils 21, 22, 23. Said current circulates and flows between the compensation coils 21, 22, 23. As the result, the leakage magnetic flux is absorbed by the compensation coils. Thereby generation of a residual voltage can be prevented.</p>
