PURPOSE:To obtain the small-sized and easily-handled cooler for the semiconductor by forming a common liquid reservoir with a cylindrical tube and a flexible tube and coinciding the main shrinking direction of the flexible tube with the laminate direction of the semiconductor element and the cooling piece. CONSTITUTION:A common liquid reservoir 3' is formed of a flexible tube 4' and a cylindrical tube 12, and the direction having large freedom degree of the flexibility of the tube 4' is coincides with the pressure direction of semiconductor elements A-N. In this manner the elements A-N may be easily detachably attached, and may not be removed with the vibration of a vehicle in the amplitude, and may not exceed the allowable displacement in the direction having small feedom of the tube 4'. Accordingly, it can remarkably reduce the size in height direction of the semiconductor. |
