Device for automatically renewing or topping-up the reserve of water in containers with a reservoir. The invention relates to a device making it possible to renew the reservoir of planters after complete consumption of the contents and after an adjustable time delay which takes into account the type of plants and the external hygrometry. It is made up of a hermetically sealed leaktight rigid reservoir (8) which is located above the water reserve for the plants (2). The supply takes place via two pipes, one of which allows the passage of water (11) via a compensator tube (6), and the other of which allows the passage of air (10) via a time-delay tube which allows the reserve (2) to be renewed after complete consumption of the latter. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to improve the health of plants by regularising the supply of water and spacing-out the fillings of containers with reserve. <IMAGE>
