Conventional AC or DC series wound motors have an exponential speed versus load characteristic; whereby rotational speed increases rapidly with decreasing load. In a system using a plurality of such motors, an electric loading machine, for example, it is frequently desirable to maintain a predetermined speed relationship between the motors. The present invention provides an interlock driving circuit, for use with a plurality of series wound motors, and operable to maintain a predetermined speed relationship between a plurality of series wound motors.

|
