<p>The clinker production plant (1) is of the type comprising a preheater (2) provided with a Lepol grid (8). It comprises a bleed circuit (26) which withdraws from the interior of the preheater (2) combustion products originating from the rotary kiln (3). This withdrawal takes place both at the loading mouth (33) of the kiln (3) and below that part of the grid (8) close to said loading mouth (33). The withdrawn gases are firstly mixed together and then fed to dust removal/gas cleaning means (27) which remove substances in dust form. Said gas is then fed to the first sector (14) of the preheater (2) to heat the entering material (13). The bleed circuit (26) continuously eliminates substances in dust form from the plant, so maintaining it substantially adiabatic. <IMAGE></p> |
