PURPOSE: To improve productivity by simultaneously receiving a plurality of sheets or module chips supplied by a conveyer and preparing a carrying direction determining unit and a counting means. CONSTITUTION: Materials are collected, counted up and laminated as sheets or module chips. In this case, a cloth member 6 is pivoted on a slider and expended vertically to a guide 2 like a bridge, a monifold 7 is supported like a cantilever, a plurality of suction unit fixing intake ports 8 are formed on the manifold 7 and connected to a suction pump 9 through a flexible hose 10. Each intake port 8 is engaged with a sheet by negative pressure generated by the pump 9 and the sheet is carried out from a dry oven by an opening tray 1 on an exist. The intake port 8 elevates the sheet around its pivot axis by the oscillation of the cloth member 6. |
