PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of a restaurant side without requesting the employees or the master of the restaurant to answer each time he receives inquiries of the seat state from the customers by telephone or the like and to improve service by automatically informing the customers in voices of a quick and accurate answer. CONSTITUTION:When a customer makes an inquiry by telephone for the seat states or the waiting time in an restaurant, the seat data stored previously in a seat state computing means 103 are compared with the occupied seat data inputted through an occupied seat input means 102. Thus the seat state can be decided. Then this computing result, i.e., the seat states are automatically informed the customer from a voice answering device 3 via a telephone circuit, etc. |
