PURPOSE:To heighten a Q value of a dielectric porcelain remarkably, and to provide the dielectric porcelain, which has stable characteristic, and can sufficiently cope with high frequency and high electric power. CONSTITUTION:In dielectric porcelain, which comprises metallic composite oxide, such as La2O3-CaO-TiO2-MgO series, BaO-Nd2O3-TiO2 series, or the like, the oxygen hole density of the porcelain is controlled so as to become 7X10<18> pieces/cm<3> or less, for instance, by cooling gradually after firing, or heat treating after firing in the air. |
