PURPOSE:To provide a controller for an image forming device which eliminates such inconvenience that the performance of an image forming device fluctuated with the replacement of parts is conventionally ascertained finally by the result of the trail operation of the device main body and for which by inputting data on the physical characteristics of the parts, alteration data relating to the parts is determined and by performing an image forming process by the use of it as a control value, the data are easily and speedily altered to an appropriate control value. CONSTITUTION:The controller is provided with an input means 32 which inputs the data on the physical characteristics of the specific parts composing the image forming device, a control information storage means 35 which stores the optimum control information which corresponds to the data inputted by the input means 32 and a CPU 30 which reads the optimum control information when judging based on the data that the alteration of the control value for controlling a controlled system is required, performs calculation and stores it in a nonvolatile memory 34. |
