PICTURE DECODER

摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate block distortion by obtaining a conversion coefficient without setting a picture element density on a static block boundary. CONSTITUTION:A coder 2 applies orthogonal transformation to a prescribed large block of inputted picture in a decoder and eliminates a high frequency component and applies coding. The coded picture is decoded by the decoder 100. The decoder 100 estimates the eliminated transformation coefficient by obtaining combinations of transformation coefficients decreasing block distortion repetitively and decodes the picture while eliminating the block distortion.
