PURPOSE:To couple a sensor directly to a controller and to perform the back-up (manual operation) while a PV value is monitored at a back-up device side. CONSTITUTION:At the device in a controller, a signal conditioner 6 to convert a signal from a sensor SNR to the standardized signal is provided, and in a case 1, a pair of sensor input terminals 11 and 12 to directly couple a sensor, an external terminal 13 to derive a signal from the signal conditioner 6, a pair of process variable input terminals 14 and 15 to impress the standardized process variable signal or the signal from the signal conditioner 6 derived through a lead wire to the external terminal 13 to a control arithmetic part 3, operating signal output terminals 16 and 17 to output the signal from the control arithmetic part 3 through a diode 21 and an external connector CC2 to take out the signal impressed at least to the process variable input terminals 14 and 15 to the external part of the case 1 are provided. |
