PURPOSE:To stabilize discharging condition and state of an electrifying device and to assure prevention of sticking of ozone product to a photosensitive body. CONSTITUTION:The current fed to ground through a bottom conductive layer 3b of the photosensitive body 3 which is imparted with electric charge by an electrifying device 1 with emission of a destaticizing lamp 4 is detected by an electrifying current detection part 5, and current value fed to an electrifying device 1 is set by an electrification current setting circuit 6 so that the current value mentioned before is made to a value set before hand. Furthermore, the current fed to the ground through the bottom conductive layer of the photosensitive body imparted with electric charge by a corona electrifying device for electrification arrangement with the emission of the destaticizing lamp, is detected and the current fed to the corona electrifying device for electrification arrangement is set so that the current value mentioned before is made to be the value set before hand. Furthermore, the current fed to the ground through the bottom conductive layer 3b of the photosensitive body 3 imparted with the electric charge by the electrifying device 1 with the emission of the destaticizing lamp 4 is detected, and air capacity of a fan is set according to that current value. |
