<p>PURPOSE:To automatically prepare the manufacturing plan to realize the given production plan in a production system. CONSTITUTION:When the disturbance such as a facilities trouble occurs during the production execution based on the manufacturing plan, an object facilities group deciding means 2 decides an object facilities group 11 to be an object by the following plan preparation based on basic information 7, received exhibition information 8 and a production plan 10. An in-set-period job starting sequence deciding means 3 decides a starting sequence 12 of a job processed by the object facilities group 11 in the period set beforehand. Further, a manufacturing plan counting means 5, when the object facilities group 11 includes the facilities group of two kinds or above, refers to the job starting sequence 12, the basic information 7, the exhibition information 8, a facilities working information 9 and the production plan 10, performs the simulation in the plan object period and counts the manufacturing plan.</p> |
