Broadband stationary transmitting-receiving VHF and UHF antenna, characterised in that it includes two upper (1) and lower dipole (2) radiators extended to the distance (S) equal to 0.01 length of the maximum wave of the operating band and each consisting of a conical part respectively (1b and 2c) having an obtuse angle (α) equal to 80 degrees and a cylindrical part respectively (1a and 2d) which length (L1) for the upper radiator (1) accounts for 0.55 of its total length (L3) and the length (L2) for the lower radiator (2) accounts for 0.83 of its total length (L4) while the diameter (D) of the cylindrical part (1a) and (2d) of both dipoles is equal to 0.27 of the total length (L5) of the antenna.<IMAGE>
