Method for analysing, by fractionated thermal decomposition, at least one inclusional component of a body, in particular at least one metal oxide contained in a steel, the body being placed in a conducting crucible connected to the electrical supply circuit, the said enclosure being scavenged by a neutral support (carrier) gas. The intensity of the current is measured indirectly, the preselected set-point current and the measured current are compared in order to determine a functional temperature error and to carry out an adjustment. A dynamic calibration numerical adjustment is carried out by carrying out an adjustment with independent objectives, which introduces a correction taking into account auxiliary adjustment variables, such as the output temperature of the body. <IMAGE>
