CONSTITUTION:First of all, a synchronous multiple terminal equipment 5 of an A station detaches a signal line D from a circuit alpha, connects the signal line D to a circuit beta, and a supervisory control processor 3 sends out change information for connecting a signal line G to a circuit gamma. Subsequently, a synchronous multiple terminal equipment 5 of a B station detaches a signal E from a circuit alpha, and the supervisory control processor 5 sends out change information for connecting the signal line E to the circuit eta. Moreover, the supervisory control processor 3 sends out change information by which a synchronous multiple terminal equipment 5 of a C station connects a signal line F to the circuit beta. The synchronous multiple terminal, equipments 5 of each station, which receive the change information send out completion information to an intra-office supervisory controller 1 after setting of the circuit is changed. The completion information is inputted to the supervisory control processor 3 through a private line network or a packet switching network 2, and a circuit setting completion is displayed on a work station 4.
