PURPOSE:To realize a fine pattern, and to stabilize a shrinkage factor in the plane direction by unidirectional shrinkage in the thickness direction by sticking a ceramic sheet sintered onto a ceramic green sheet, conducting sintering pre- working, laminating and sintering and preventing the deformation of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A thin ceramic sheet is stuck onto a ceramic green sheet 2, through-holes 7 are formed as it is, pattern printing 8 is performed, and the ceramic green sheets 2 and the thin ceramic sheets are laminated and sintered, thus obtaining a multilayer ceramic board. Accordingly, patterns, are micronized and density thereof is increased, and pattern size is stabilized. |
