PURPOSE:To obstruct impossibility of communication control by a base station in a service area in which an interference wave is generated, and to continue a communication even at the time when the interference wave is generated. CONSTITUTION:Generating information of a interference wave 5 to a mobile station control channel wave in a radio circuit 4 from a base station 1, which a mobile station 3 receives is information to a base station 2 being adjacent to the base station 1 from this mobile station 3. Also, under the control of an exchange 7 which receives the generating information of the interference wave 5, the base station 1 switches a frequency of the mobile station control channel wave transmitted to the mobile station 3.
