<p>PURPOSE:To provide an amorphous magnetic core transformer to generate no metallic powder among the layers of magnetic core section during operation and suppress the insulation deterioration. CONSTITUTION:The title transformer is composed of a magnetic core 1 wound by an amorphous magnetic alloy thin band, an electromagnetic coil 4 composed of a primary winding wire 2 and secondary winding wire 3 wound around a magnetic leg 1a of the core 1, an interlayer insulation material 5, a coil winding frame 6 made of press board, polyester, etc., a sheet member 7 prepared on the section 1a and others, and a porous member 8 is filled in the space between the section 1a and the member 7. Thus, the member 8 promotes the filter effect, resulting in no scattering of metallic powder among the layers of the core 1.</p> |
