<p>PURPOSE:To store picture data in a page memory while processing a picture rotation processing in a real time by temporarily storing the picture data in a buffer memory, and operating the picture rotation processing. CONSTITUTION:The successively inputted picture data are alternately written in first and second buffer memories 308 and 309 at each line according to the ratio of the bit width of one picture element to the bit width of one word of a page memory 400. The written picture data for the plural lines are alternately read out from an address designated according to a set angle of rotation, at each line according to the ratio by every one word of the page memory 400, and the picture data are arrayed in one word of the pate memory 400. Then, the data for one word are written in the address of the page memory 400 designated according to the set angle of rotation, so that the successively inputted picture data can be stored in the page memory 400 while rotated in the real time.</p> |
