<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a dye with bright blue color having good property such as rigidity against light, etc., which has excellent hot mixing property and can give stable density of picture images obtd. by continuous copying with repeated developing process by using a compd. expressed by specified formula. CONSTITUTION:The dye for a blue color toner is expressed by formula I, and the color toner compsn. contains the dye expressed by formula I. In formula I, R is same or independently hydrogen atom, alkyl group, cycloalkyl group, or aryl group which may have substituents. Thereby, the obtd. color toner has bright blue color and good resistance to light which has excellent hot mixing property and gives stable density of picture images obtd. by continuous copying with repeated developing process.</p> |
