<p>PURPOSE:To instruct to respective production processes by deciding automatically the work priority sequence in accordance with the progress of each lot in a multi product type production line. CONSTITUTION:A terminal device 1 receives the progress information such as the present process, the waiting condition, etc., from an input output part 8 or production facilities 6 and informs a data base control device 3 of a production progress control device 2 at any time. From the progress information of each lot on the data base control device 3, the production process information registered from a control information input output part 10 beforehand and the production schedule, a progress priority sequence deciding part 11 calculates the priority sequence by the set timing, and informs the data base control device 3. When a progress priority sequence instructing part 12 of the terminal device 1 of each process receives the work instruction request from the input output part 8 or the production facilities 6, the part receives the priority sequence from the data base control device 3 to all lots in the process, arranges the lot name in the priority sequence, outputs it to the input output part 8 or informs the production facilities 6.</p> |
