<p>PURPOSE:To simply control the progress of a lot and to continue a production operation even when a computer for production control use is stopped by a method wherein a card-shaped terminal which can perform wireless communica tion with a production control system and which is provided with a storage function is attached to a carrier case for lot conveyance use. CONSTITUTION:When a command is input to a keyboard part 1d at a terminal mounted in a carrier case, a control part 1e analyzes and displays the command and it transfers a prescribed signal to a communication part 1h. The communication part 1h establishes a communication passage between itself and a communication device 6 at a computer 4 for production control use. In this state, the terminal 1 acts as a terminal for the computer 4 for production control use, and it can perform the production control of a lot, the input of a piece of measured data, the retrieval of a piece of information, the analysis of a piece of data and the like. In addition, the terminal is provided with a storage part 1g, and it can hold a recipe required for a process treatment and the piece of measured data independently. As a result, even when the computer 4 for production control use is stopped, a production operation can be continued.</p> |
