PURPOSE:To correctly calculate an equipment management value such as an operation rate. CONSTITUTION:Three kinds of operation information signal data of 'in operation', 'product waiting' and 'in the middle of stop' are collected in a computer 19 from an equipment ALPHA10, an equipment BETA11 and an equipment NU12. Stop cause data such as the occurrence date, the stop cause and the termination date of equipment stop are inputted from a terminal ALPHA13, a terminal BETA14 and a terminal NU15, and they are collected in the computer 19. The equipment management value such as the operation rate is calculated by using both data collected to the computer 19. Thus, a total executed only by data collected only by the input of an operator and the equipment management value such as the operation rate which cannot be calculated only by data which is directly collected by online from the equipments can accurately be calculated. |
