PURPOSE:To obtain the game machine utilizing a telephone line by using a computer connecting to the telephone line and a game software controlled through a pushbutton of a telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A person desiring to play a game uses a terminal equipment (e.g. personal computer) 16 able to be provided with plural communication boards 14 through plural telephone lines 12 such as dial Q<2> lines to access a host computer 22. The game is in progress by operating a pushbutton of the telephone set based on a command commanded by a game software of the computer 22 after the accessing and is terminated at an optional point of time. Moreover, the host computer 22 is accessed through the telephone line 12 and the game is in progress from the state of the game at a point of time terminated in the preceding case. |
