<p>PURPOSE:To increase the number of selectable processing items with a small number of keys by selecting one corresponding processing based on an input point at the time of input release in the case of one-point input designation and selecting it based on N input points at the time of input of the N-th input point in the case of multipoint input designation. CONSTITUTION:In the case of one-point input, input point discriminating means 20 reads the position at the timing of key release and discriminates the input point as a designated point. In the case of multipoint input, the means 20 obtains the centroid of N input points to discriminate it as a designated point when the N-th input point is inputted with (N-1) keys in the input state. After the designated point is determined, a processing detecting means 26 reads out the processing corresponding to the designated point from memory means 24 and sends the result to a processor 28. The processor 28 executes the corresponding processing. Thus, the number of steps for discrimination is reduced to simplify a program, and the number of input items is increased.</p> |
