PURPOSE:To expand the curved surface of a three-dimensional shape metal plate to a two-dimensional shape using a computer system. CONSTITUTION:(a) An expansion center point To is determined on the curved surface of a three-dimensional shape metal plate, (b) A nth setting point Tn is determined on the shape line of a curved surface (n is an integral number of 1, 2, 3), and (c) The length along the curved surface between the expansion center point To and the nth setting point Tn is determined for n=1, 2, 3 and a curved line A according to the shape line is determined by determining plural expansion points Dn, are performed using a computer system, respectively. Based on the curved line A, the two-dimensional expansion shape of the curved surface of the three-dimensional shape metal plate is determined. |
