PURPOSE:To minimize missing of supervisory control by making an automatic switch to other lightly failed TC master station upon failure of one master station (TC master station). CONSTITUTION:Upon failure of a TC master station, a TC master station monitoring means 213 receives TC master station failure information through a transmitting means 211 or 212 and thus received information is stored in a TC master station failure information area 218. A switching decision means 214 compares the failure state between TC master stations A31 and B32 with reference to the TC master station failure information area 218 and requests a switching means 215 to make a switching to a lightly failed TC master station. The switching means 215 then exchanges the mode areas 216 and 217 for every line and switches the TC master station. Consequently, switching can be made automatically to a lightly failed TC master station upon failure of the TC master station. According to the invention, supervisory control of power system is prevented from being disabled due to erroneous manual switching and missing of supervisory control information can be minimized. |
