<p>PURPOSE:To allow this television(TV) signal encoder to correspond to plural sampling frequency bands by self-generating a cosine wave and a sine wave having prescribed sampling frequency bands. CONSTITUTION:When data sampling frequency is integer times the frequency of a chrominance subcarrier based upon NTSC standards, a cosine wave COS and a sine wave SIN inputted from a terminal T4 are written in a RAM 7 through a bus interface 8. Then input signals I, Q from respective terminals T1, T2 are band-limited by low pass filters(LPFs) 1, 2 to obtain band-limited signals (i), (q) matched with the NTSC standards. The signals (i), (q) are respectively multiplied by the data SIN, COS read out from the RAM 7 through multipliers 3, 4 and a signal D obtained by mutually adding respective multiplied results by an adder 5 is applied to a band pass filter(BPF) 6, which executes the prescribed band limitation of the signal D to obtain an output signal O. Thus the TV signal encoder can correspond to plural sampling frequency bands.</p> |
