ESTIMATE CONTROLLER FOR PLURAL ITEMS

PURPOSE:To prevent the inconvenience due to the loss of a card and also to evade the miscalculation and the miswriting of the card by recording the corresponding amount into a document file and also updating the remaining amount of an estimate amount file after the amount of each item is inputted through a terminal display device. CONSTITUTION:A coded account code and its corresponding account name are inputted through a terminal display device 1 and then recorded into an account name master file 9 of an auxiliary storage 3. The same processing is also carried out for each policy name and item name. Meanwhile a coded estimate code and its corresponding estimate amount are inputted and then recorded into an estimate amount file 7 together with the remaining amount. In such a way, the estimate amount and the remaining amount of each item stored in the storage 3 are controlled in regard of plural items within the single account generated from the documents of the same policy. Then the amount used for each item is inputted through the device 1 and then the remaining amount is instantaneously updated. The details of the amounts used in the documents are recorded into the storage 3 of a processor 2 and then controlled.
