PURPOSE:To obtain a composite soft magnetic material which is provided with a high saturated flux density a high magnetic permeability, a high electrical resistivity and a minimum power loss by superimposing a nonmagnetic oxide between a soft magnetic metal and a high resistor soft magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:To prevent the reaction between soft magnetic metal particles and high resistor soft magnetic material, the soft magnetic particles are either coated with a non-magnetic metal oxide or the soft magnetic metal particles are heat treated in an oxygen atmosphere so as to a diffusion layer of the non-magnetic metal oxide on the surface of the particles. After the high resistor soft magnetic material is further applied, they are sintered and manufactured under the application of pressure. This material plays a role of a reaction inhibiting layer by superimposing the non-magnetic metal oxide, which makes it possible to prevent the reaction between the metal soft magnetic material and the high resistor soft magnetic material, such as metal oxide. It Is, therefore, possible to obtain high electric properties which are high In magnetic permeability and are minimum in power loss. |
