PURPOSE: To enable the hindrance of the edge position of two Geneva gears easily by providing a hindrance plate on a converter lever, enable a movement by a converter stopper, and performing blocking by the entrainment pin of the Geneva crank of the hindrance plate. CONSTITUTION: A converter or a converter lever 11 for operating a tap switcher for preliminary loading are provided at the upper part of two Geneva gears 2 and 3, and a special hindrance plate 12 is provided on the converter lever 11, so that is can travel toward a side, and they are allowed to cooperate with a converter stopper 23 on the Geneva gas at the upper part of entrainment body pins 92 and 94 for operating the converter lever 11. Then, the converter lever 11 achieves an edge position hindrance for allowing both Geneva gears 2 and 3 without any additional component with the entrainment body pins 92 and 94 that are shifted by 180 deg. on a Geneva crank 9, thus hindrance of both Geneva gears is made possible in both directions, the converter lever that exist at that time is used for limiting distance in all cases, and the position of Geneva gears at each edge position can be fixed. |
