PURPOSE:To unify and automate the inspection of the charge of conductive coatings to a through-hole, and to correct charge during the manufacture of a printed wiring board. CONSTITUTION:A squeegee 2 is made to travel on a board 1 through a screen, and the through-hole 14 of the board 1 is filled with conductive coatings 3. A CCD camera 9 is mounted on the rear of the board on the reverse side to the charging of the conductive coatings 3, and the state of charge to the through-hole 4 is detected. A detecting value is output from a detecting means 6 to a decision means 7, and compared with a reference value by the decision means 7, and nondefective or defective charge is decided. When the decision means 7 judges charge to be defective, a control means 8 adjusts the inclination of the squeegee 2, and corrects the charge of conductive coatings. |
