PURPOSE:To enable a user to easily obtain required explanatory sentences in the interactive system using plural menus. CONSTITUTION:A menu processing device 4 is provided which displays the relations of plural menus on the display device of an interface device 2 so that each menu can be specified, and an explanatory sentence corresponding to the menu designated through the mouse of the interface device 2 is retrieved in a data base 10.
